Angelika Breukers grew up in the mid-1950’s when certain things were ‘just not talked about’. She was a child who lived with secrets, unspeakable things that were kept in the dark. She struggled through school and made her way into the world aged fourteen feeling far from ‘good enough’. Angelika’s story is how, against all the odds there is always hope and it is possible to “change your life” if you choose to.
Reading books like ‘Siddhartha’ by Herman Hesse, gave Angelika the inspiration to change her way of thinking about herself and learn acceptance of the things she could not change. Following years of knock backs and working in unfulfilling jobs, Angelika began to tell her story. She discovered that she had a talent for teaching and a natural affinity to connect with people. Using her life lessons and underlying principles of ACCEPTING challenges, changing limiting BELIEFS and making the CHOICE to do so, Angelika created workshops to help others to learn to be true to themselves and change their lives.
Angelika’s ABC (Acceptance – Belief – Choice) process is not a complicated process, its’ ABC steps enable us to use the past as a springboard for change, to climb the ladder, to create the life we want and to enjoy the view from the top.
