Move towards the future you desire.
We all want a happy life, but why are we so easily drawn towards negative thinking rather than positivity? At a basic level, choosing to make truthful and positive changes can help you be the person you want to be, the difficulty is that having a positive attitude as part of daily life is not always easy! Confidence and self-belief stem from making changes about the way you think about yourself and your life.
What you will learn
“In my workshops, we identify some of the limiting thought patterns which are preventing you from achieving your full potential and being clear on what you really want from life. Whilst we may be aware that we have unhelpful attitudes and beliefs, we often don’t know how we can change them, or we simply avoid them.
In a safe setting, we use a range of tools and exercises designed to help you understand how they got there in the first place. This helps us change the way we think and feel about them so that they no longer hold us back”.

Make the change in your life.
You have a choice! Whilst you cannot change difficult or distressing situations in your past, you can use these experiences as a springboard for positive change.
Whether or not we have had a past life quite like Angelika’s, getting what we really want out of life and becoming the person we would like to be, often seems out of reach. Angelika knows it is only our limiting beliefs about ourselves and our past experiences which are holding us back.
Whilst it may be relatively easy to identify some of these limiting beliefs, changing them into those which are positive and empowering, takes time and commitment. The process is really a journey of self, a ‘rediscovery’ of our true potential and capacity to live life to the full.
For Angelika, this journey of transformation was well worth making. What’s more, it has inspired her to develop the ABChange4Life workshop to provide a starting point for those of us who are ready to make our own journey.
